QuoteAnywhere combines the best of WeEstimate and WeOpportunity in a robust, fully web-based solution. It’s built for companies of any size, and is suitable for selling projects of any size and complexity. Use it from wherever you are – at the office, at home, or on the road – on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.

Absolutely. We will help you choose the right level of deployment based on your current sales process. Then, as you grow, you can easily add more licenses and features. Our customer ranges in size from just a few salespeople working out of a single office to national organizations with many locations and hundreds of salespeople.

Licensing

WeSuite is subscription based, and each user is a license. WeSuite users are typically those employees involved in the sales process, including but not limited to Sales Assistants, Sales Administrators, Salespeople, Sales Management, and Executive Management. You can add and reduce licenses as needed on a monthly basis.

Module licenses are purchased per deployment, but you have the option to customize the user experience for each licensee. See the next Q&A for more details.

You can configure the software so that users only see the tools that are appropriate for their role. And, if their role changes, your team’s administrator can make changes to their account immediately. Customizations can also be based on the salesperson’s territory, the types of customers they serve, the range of products they sell, their office location – and for companies that sell under more than one name or brand, the visual branding of proposals.

Of course! WeSuite is both scalable and flexible. We understand that your needs will evolve over time. We’re here for you as your workflow changes and your business grows.

In terms of capabilities, it doesn’t. Our cloud platform gives you access to all the same functionality regardless of your device. However, we’ve optimized the user experience for both large and small screens. If you’re working from your phone, you won’t need eagle eyes to read the text. However, some processes, like designing floorplans, obviously benefit from a larger screen.

Selena AI

Here’s a good explanation!

Yes. While you will experience Selena as an embedded AI agent within QuoteAnywhere, she still requires a separate license and login for activation.

Selena licenses are purchased for and associated with specific users, and may not be necessary for everyone on your team. Only users with Selena licenses will experience her capabilities within their QuoteAnywhere interface.

As we launch new Selena capabilities, some will automatically be added to your subscription. Others may require an incremental licensing fee. Either way, we’ll let you know of their availability and you can decide whether they’re a good fit for your team. 

When you use Selena to help create a scope of work, you will always be asked to review and approve what she’s written becomes part of an estimate or proposal. Remember…she’s there to help you, not replace you!

Getting Started

Of course. We will assign a Project Manager and a Project Assistant who will help configure your system based on how your sales team works best. They’ll be there for you throughout the entire deployment process.

If your system will be interacting with any of the business solutions we support – and there are lots of them – deployment incudes getting those integrations up and running.

Typical deployment averages 45-90 days. Much depends on how you want your system set up. We’ll work with you until we get it right.

That initial investment will vary depending on the complexity of your processes. The best way to get an accurate number is to speak with us about your needs.

Plenty! WeSuite offers a free WeSuite Academy that is perfect for onboarding new users. The Academy consists of short, subject-focused instructional videos. Users have individual log-ins that track their progress as they make their way through the curriculum. WeSuite also provides monthly webinar training for Sales Users and System Administrators. At these events, you’ll receive live instruction, get answers from our experts, and hear other user questions. In addition to these resources, the searchable WeSuite Knowledge Base is available 24/7 on our website under the Education tab.

Support and Billing

Users can submit support tickets 24/7. Live support is handled from our White Plains, NY headquarters and is available over the phone or via email M-F, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time.

Our software uses named-user subscriptions, with pricing based on your configuration. Pay upfront for the year and we’ll give you a 5% discount. Just give us your credit card and we’ll take it from there.
